Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Clinical Nurse Specialist to join its client’s Urology team, based in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced urology nurse to take on a specialist position, providing expert clinical support to patients throughout their treatment journey while working closely with Consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Provide specialist nursing care to patients with urological conditions, including urological cancers
- Undertake comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Coordinate investigations, treatments and ongoing patient follow-up
- Provide specialist advice, education and emotional support to patients and their families
- Work closely with Consultants, nursing teams, GPs and wider MDT colleagues
- Support patients in making informed decisions about their treatment and care
- Contribute to nurse-led clinics, case management and the development of patient pathways
- Act as a clinical resource and role model, promoting evidence-based urology nursing practice
- Contribute to clinical audit, research, quality improvement and service development

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Registered General Nurse with current NMBI registration
- Minimum 5 years' recent post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting
- Minimum 2 years' experience in urology / urology cancer care
- Level 8 post-registration qualification relevant to Urology Nursing, or willingness to complete within one year
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and organisational skills
- Excellent ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
