Community Neuro Occupational Therapist

Our client is seeking an experienced Community Neuro Occupational Therapist to support adults with neurological conditions across in Powys. This is a high‑rate role ideal for someone confident in community neuro rehab, complex assessment, and autonomous working.

You will work within the community neuro rehabilitation pathway, supporting service users with a wide range of neurological presentations.

• →Completing specialist neurological assessments in community settings
• →Delivering client‑centred neuro‑rehabilitation programmes
• →Supporting individuals with stroke, ABI, MS, Parkinson’s, spinal injuries, and other neuro conditions
• →Functional assessment, SMART goal‑setting, and treatment planning
• →Equipment provision & postural management
• →Liaising closely with MDT colleagues across Powys
• →Managing a complex caseload with autonomy
• →Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and outcome reporting

• HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in neuro rehab / neurology
• Community OT background essential
• Ability to work across a wide geographical area
• Strong clinical reasoning and MDT communication skills
• Availability for a 30‑hour weekly contract
