Deputy Manager - Children’s Residential Home

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Deputy Manager for its client’s Children’s Residential Home team in Blackpool.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care.
• NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Workforce or above.
• Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
• Proactive, driven, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong people management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Experience managing budgets and staff rotas.
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins as needed (Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the children in your care.)
