Occupational Therapist - Community

• →Carry out functional assessments, reviews, and care planning
• →Complete moving & handling assessments and provide interventions
• →Recommend specialist equipment, seating, and home adaptations (minor & major)
• →Promote independence through strengths-based, person-centred practice
• →Work collaboratively with health, housing, and partner agencies

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Community OT experience
• Strong knowledge of moving & handling, equipment, and adaptations
• Ability to work independently across a large geographical area
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
