Liquid Personnel currently have a short-term vacancy for an Occupational Therapist to join our Disabilities Early Intervention & Prevention (EIP) Team in Conwy.
The EIP Team provides short, outcome-focused interventions for individuals and families, helping them build resilience and better manage their daily lives and circumstances.

Responsibilities

→Deliver direct OT services to people with disabilities.
→Work with parents, carers, and families to provide support and strengthen resilience.
→Complete screening assessments and make initial recommendations for appropriate responses to need.
→Carry out safeguarding activity where required.
→Ensure people with disabilities, their parents, carers, and families are at the centre of decision-making about their lives and desired outcomes.

Requirements

Manual handling training and experience.
