Responsibilities

→Conduct functional assessments in the community
→Provide moving & handling solutions and equipment recommendations
→Review care packages and support independence
→Work flexibly with hybrid arrangements for visits
→Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet varied needs

Requirements

Degree or master’s in occupational therapy (evidence required)
HCPC registration
Experience working with adults in a community setting
Strong understanding of moving & handling and equipment provision
Access to a car for community visits
Flexible and organised approach to caseload management
