An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Porth Ceredigion. Working within the community Occupational Therapy service, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred interventions that help adults and older people maximise their independence, safety, and quality of life.
You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, completing specialist assessments, recommending equipment and housing adaptations, and supporting individuals to achieve meaningful outcomes within their own homes and communities.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- →Current HCPC registration.
- →Experience working with adults and older people in a community or local authority setting.
- →Strong knowledge of equipment provision, moving and handling, and housing adaptations.
- →Excellent assessment, communication, and case management skills.
- →Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the community.
