Responsibilities

→Manage approximately 4 new cases per week
→Undertake holistic, person‑centred assessments and reviews
→Lead on specialist seating, adaptations and manual handling equipment
→Recommend, arrange and review complex equipment provision
→Provide training to ensure safe and effective equipment use
→Manage complex cases autonomously and effectively
→Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have,

HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist
Extensive experience with specialist equipment, adaptations and manual handling
Strong understanding of adult social care and housing legislation
Confident autonomous practitioner with MDT experience
