Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage approximately 4 new cases per week
- →Undertake holistic, person‑centred assessments and reviews
- →Lead on specialist seating, adaptations and manual handling equipment
- →Recommend, arrange and review complex equipment provision
- →Provide training to ensure safe and effective equipment use
- →Manage complex cases autonomously and effectively
- →Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements

- HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist
- Extensive experience with specialist equipment, adaptations and manual handling
- Strong understanding of adult social care and housing legislation
- Confident autonomous practitioner with MDT experience
