Senior Practitioner Family Safeguarding

 Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration drive positive outcomes? Liquid Personnel are seeking a dedicated Senior Practitioner willing to work in a motivational team across Hertfordshire.   

Within the Family Safeguarding team, you will adopt a pioneering model of social work, involving multi-disciplinary teams. As a Senior Practitioner you will use your specialist knowledge to take lead on complex cases.

• →Support planning and safeguarding within statutory procedures and knowledge of relevant legal obligations.
• →Manage an allocated caseload to provide specialist support.
• →Make recommendations on improvements for the overall team and service.

• Frontline experience in a safeguarding team at senior level.
• Social work degree and Social Work England registered (SWE).
• Previous experience in leading less experienced staff.
