Senior Residential Support Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for its client in Central London.

• →Our client is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a dedicated team, delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential home.
• →As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll lead by example — supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest childcare standards.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Level 2/3 NVQ or equivalent
• Not open to sponsorship
