Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Social Care Worker to join its client’s Children’s Disability Service team, based in Kildare.

Responsibilities

→Deliver person-centred care and support in line with individual needs and care plans
→Coordinate shifts and provide on-the-floor leadership
→Supervise and support team members during shifts
→Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
→Report to the Person in Charge and deputise when required

Requirements

Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, Teaching, Childcare (with disability modules), or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in residential, respite, or day services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
CORU registration, or in the process of obtaining registration

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
