Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver person-centred care and support in line with individual needs and care plans
- →Coordinate shifts and provide on-the-floor leadership
- →Supervise and support team members during shifts
- →Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- →Report to the Person in Charge and deputise when required
Requirements
~1 min read- Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, Teaching, Childcare (with disability modules), or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in residential, respite, or day services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
- CORU registration, or in the process of obtaining registration
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
