Senior Social Care Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Social Care Worker to join its client’s Children’s Disability Service team, based in Kildare.

• →Deliver person-centred care and support in line with individual needs and care plans
• →Coordinate shifts and provide on-the-floor leadership
• →Supervise and support team members during shifts
• →Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• →Report to the Person in Charge and deputise when required

• Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, Teaching, Childcare (with disability modules), or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in residential, respite, or day services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
• CORU registration, or in the process of obtaining registration

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
