Senior Social Worker – Adults Access

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and committed Senior Social Worker to join their Adults Access Team in Dudley. This is a fast-paced frontline service that acts as the first point of contact for adult social care referrals, delivering timely assessments, triage, and initial interventions.

In this role, you will play a key part in screening referrals, undertaking Care Act assessments, and determining appropriate pathways for individuals with a range of needs, including disabilities, safeguarding concerns, and complex social care requirements. You will work closely with service users, families, and partner agencies to ensure a proportionate, strengths-based approach, promoting independence and effective access to services.

• →Experience using electronic case management systems and maintaining accurate records 

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• →Professional Qualification: MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW.
• →Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England.
• →Experience: Significant experience within a statutory adult social care setting, including frontline or duty work, assessments, and safeguarding.
• →Knowledge: Strong understanding of Care Act 2014, safeguarding frameworks, and adult social care legislation.
