About the Role
~1 min readOur Client is hiring a Senior Support Worker who will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
- →Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
- →Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
- →Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- →Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed
- Diploma or Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent in Adult Care) – essential
- Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- 37 hours per week
- £13.50 per hour
- Sleepovers paid at £64 per night
