Liquid Personnel is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Care Workers to join a residential team based in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin.
This service supports individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as autism, across residential and day services. The focus is on empowering each person to live an ordinary, fulfilling life within their community.

You will be part of a committed and supportive team, with access to ongoing learning and development opportunities within a well-established national organisation. A competitive salary and collaborative working environment are offered.
 
Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework (e.g. BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent in Health or Social Care)
  • CORU registration, or proof that registration is in progress
  • At least 1 years’ experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Knowledge of current policies and developments in social care, particularly within disability services
  • Ability to follow, review, and contribute to care plans and support strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
