Social Worker - Complex Care

If so, Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Complex Adult Social Work Team in the London Borough of Islington.

Join a dynamic team supporting individuals with multiple and high-level needs, including mental health issues, substance misuse, homelessness, cognitive impairments, and safeguarding concerns. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment, making a real difference to those with the most complex circumstances.

• →Complete strengths-based assessments and risk management plans
• →Lead on safeguarding enquiries under Section 42
• →Coordinate multi-disciplinary interventions
• →Apply the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Human Rights legislation
• →Work closely with health, housing, and voluntary sector partners
