Social Worker – Families First (Duty & Assessment / CIN)

Liquid Personnel is seeking experienced Social Workers to join its client's dedicated Families First team based in Trafford. This service is designed to strengthen assessment and planning for Children in Need, ensuring a consistent, high-status approach to CIN work across the borough.

• →Manageable Workloads: We strive to maintain manageable caseloads to allow for high-quality, relational social work that truly makes a difference. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• →Social Work England registration and a recognized Social Work qualification.
• →Frontline Expertise: Proven experience in Duty and Assessment or Child in Need services.
• →Assessment Skills: Strong ability to undertake analytical Section 47 enquiries and risk assessments.
• →Compliance: Candidates must provide a 5-year reference history (with all gaps checked) and must pass the DfE Recommendation Compliance Questions to be considered for submission.
