Social Worker – Family Help & Front Door

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Family Help & Front Door team, based in Manchester.
This is a unique, non-case holding social work opportunity designed to bridge the gap between Family Help Services and the Front Door of Social Care. Rather than managing a traditional caseload, you will act as a community-facing consultant and facilitator, ensuring families receive early, effective intervention and that risk is identified accurately at the point of referral.

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• →Social Work England registration and a recognized Social Work qualification.
• →Risk Expertise: Deep knowledge of safeguarding thresholds and the ability to assess risk confidently in a non-statutory setting.
• →Relationship Building: Exceptional engagement skills with the ability to build kind, professional relationships with families and community stakeholders.
• →Compliance: Candidates must provide a 5-year reference history (with all gaps checked) and must pass the DfE Recommendation Compliance Questions to be considered.
