Liquid personnel have a fantastic opportunity available for experienced social workers to relocate and work in the sunny channel island of Jersey. This is a once in a lifetime chance for you to take that next step in your social work career.

About the role:

Jersey is looking to recruit permanent social workers for the Fostering and Adoption Teams.

What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Hold a small caseload
  • Assess and Support Families: Evaluate and assist prospective foster and adoptive parents.
  • Child Welfare: Ensure the safety and well-being of children in care.
  • Case Management: Maintain records and develop care plans for children and families.
  • Work in a multi-agency setting. 
  • Contribute to supervision and team meetings. 
  • Promote a child centred approach to achieve the best possible outcome for children and families.
