About the role:

Jersey is looking to recruit permanent social workers for the Fostering and Adoption Teams.

What will your key responsibilities be?

Hold a small caseload
Assess and Support Families: Evaluate and assist prospective foster and adoptive parents.
Child Welfare: Ensure the safety and well-being of children in care.
Case Management: Maintain records and develop care plans for children and families.
Work in a multi-agency setting.
Contribute to supervision and team meetings.
Promote a child centred approach to achieve the best possible outcome for children and families.

Hold a social work degree.
Right to work in the UK and hold clean UK driving licence.
Registered with SWE
Post qualified experience within children and family services.
