Social Worker – Kingston/Richmond – Safeguarding Team

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team based in Kingston/Richmond.

• →Supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans
• →Understanding when to transfer cases from the Safeguarding team to the Permanence team
• →Building strong and respectful working relationships with families, their support network and our partner agencies
• →Regular assessment writing, threshold application, home visits, direct work, care planning, chairing meetings and case recording in line with our policies and procedures
• →Ensuring that children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording
• →Actively taking part in reflective supervision and group supervision

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
