Social Worker - Safeguarding Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting passionate and dedicated Social Workers to join its client's Safeguarding Team on a permanent basis. As a Social Worker within the Safeguarding Team, you will manage a varied caseload, undertaking assessments, developing child-centred care plans, and delivering effective interventions to support vulnerable children and families. You will receive regular supervision, ongoing professional development opportunities, and support from experienced managers within a collaborative working environment.

• →Manage a caseload of children and families requiring safeguarding and child protection interventions.
• →Undertake assessments, create care plans, and review outcomes in accordance with statutory requirements.
• →Work directly with children, young people, and families to identify needs and promote positive change.
• →Conduct child protection investigations and participate in strategy discussions and conferences.
• →Build effective partnerships with colleagues and multi-agency professionals to safeguard children.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, reports, and assessments.
• →Attend regular supervision and contribute to a positive team culture.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience within children's services.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in Social Work.
• Experience working within safeguarding or child protection environments is desirable.
