We are recruiting for an IFA Team Manager to join a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in London for our client. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team of Supervising Social Workers while ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and support for foster families.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of social workers.
- Oversee foster carer recruitment, assessments, reviews, and development.
- Ensure compliance with fostering regulations and safeguarding standards.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience within children's social care.
- Previous experience supervising or managing social work teams.
- Strong knowledge of fostering services, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
- Full UK driving licence preferred
