Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join a supportive and progressive local authority team in Oakham. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality statutory support to children and young people who are looked after (LAC) and those making the critical transition out of care. Responsibilities

- →Provide high-quality social work support to children and young people in care and those leaving care.
- →Build strong, trusting relationships that empower young people to achieve independence and positive outcomes.
- →Work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies to ensure the best possible support network.
- →Contribute to care planning, assessments, and reviews, ensuring that every child's voice is heard and respected.
- →Play a vital role in helping young people transition successfully into adulthood.
Our Client is looking for a candidate who is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the following areas:
- Knowledge of Child-care legislation.
- Skilled in the management of risk and assessment of children's needs.
- Great communication skills, able to explain complicated information simply.
- Knowledge of the issues that affect parenting capacity and the impact of deprivation on child development.
- Experience of Signs of Safety methodology.

- A recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., BA, MA, DipSW).
- Current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
