Support Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Support Worker team, based in Stroud & Cotswold. 
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced family support professionals who are passionate about supporting children and families through targeted Early Help interventions.

• →Holding a caseload of Early Help families.
• →Carrying out home visits and completing assessments.
• →Developing support plans and delivering targeted interventions.
• →Working with children and families below the threshold for statutory social care intervention.
• →Identifying safeguarding concerns and escalating cases to Children's Social Care where appropriate.
• →Recording all casework using Liquid Logic (LCS & EHM).

• Family Support or Family Intervention.
• Early Help services.
• Child in Need (CIN) or assessment work.
• Supporting vulnerable children and families.
• Completing assessments and managing caseloads.
