Liquid Personnel is recruiting Support Worker Team Leaders for its client in Oxfordshire and Oxford.

Salary: £43,180 – £50,444 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
- →Assist the Deputy/ Registered Manager with staff supervision and development
- →Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
- →Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- →Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential
- Car Driver
- Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
