Team Manager - Adolescent Safeguarding Service

We're recruiting for an exceptional opportunity within Surrey's highly regarded Adolescent Safeguarding Service for our client, where you'll lead talented practitioners supporting young people facing some of the most complex challenges including exploitation, serious youth violence, mental health difficulties, missing episodes and contextual safeguarding risks.
Following a recent Good Ofsted inspection, this is an exciting time to join a forward-thinking local authority investing heavily in adolescent services and innovative, relationship-based practice.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Qualified Social Work Degree
- →Social Work England Registration
- →Minimum 4 years' post-qualified experience
- →Experience working with adolescents and safeguarding
- →Strong knowledge of exploitation, contextual safeguarding, youth violence, missing and risk outside the home
- →Experience supervising and developing practitioners
- →Ability to manage complex safeguarding concerns and high-risk situations
- →Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
