The Recruiter will own full-cycle searches across Live Nation’s Corporate functions, from intake and calibration through sourcing, assessment, offer and close. Reporting to the Corporate Recruiting Manager, this role requires strong recruiting judgment, deep sourcing capability, and the ability to operate independently and with urgency. We are looking for someone who can build the search strategy, identify the right talent, advise hiring managers, and drive searches forward without waiting for a prescribed playbook.
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance across multiple corporate functions and levels.
- Operate with speed and precision while serving as a thoughtful, consultative partner to hiring managers
- Raise the talent bar and build rigorous search strategies using competitive research, target-company identification, and direct sourcing
- Proactively identify and engage passive, hard-to-reach and senior-level talent
- Assess candidates critically and present well-calibrated slates based on capability, motivation and fit
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and provide clear, informed guidance on talent, market conditions and search strategy
- Recruit across Finance & Accounting, Technology, Marketing, Strategy and other corporate functions
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong organization, pace and follow-through
- Negotiate and close candidate offers effectively, including senior roles
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and adjust search strategy based on results
- Contribute to recruitment events, projects, and stretch assignments as needed
- 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field preferred
- A polished, credible, and confident presence with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to independently have urgency, and run complex searches from intake through close
- Strong hands-on sourcing expertise, including passive-candidate research, talent mapping and competitive analysis
- Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions and at senior and executive levels
- Strong talent judgment and the ability to distinguish strong credentials from true role fit
- Proven ability to influence hiring managers without authority and push for clarity and maintain high hiring standards
- Experience working in a complex, high-performance organization and/or respected search firm
- Strong closing and offer-negotiation skills
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools; working knowledge of Workday and Gem or comparable platforms
- Exceptional organization, discretion, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity and persistence in finding talent beyond obvious channels
- You’re confident in your recruiting skills and have a track record of recruiting success
- You have a demonstrated track record of delivering strong recruiting outcomes in demanding environments
- You combine strong talent judgment with evidence, market knowledge, and disciplined assessment
- You want meaningful ownership and are comfortable being accountable for results
- You are resourceful and persistent, and do not stop at the obvious candidate pool

The expected compensation for this position is:
$80,000.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
