This role goes beyond traditional HR — it directly impacts revenue growth, client delivery excellence, leadership capability, and scalable operations.

The CPO will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, helping shape business strategy through workforce planning, leadership development, compensation design, performance architecture, and culture stewardship.
