The Manager, Retail Business Intelligence & Analytics is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and continuous development of Retail’s business intelligence, analytics, and AI capabilities. This role leads a team of BI and data professionals and partners closely with Retail leadership and field teams to deliver trusted data, actionable insights, scalable analytics solutions, and AI-driven innovations that enhance business performance, profitability, productivity, and the customer experience while supporting broader organizational objectives.

The Manager translates business priorities into a strategic analytics and AI roadmap, ensuring the delivery of accurate, reliable, and decision-ready insights. Serving as a trusted advisor, this role transforms complex data into meaningful recommendations and technology solutions that drive both strategic and operational decision-making. The position requires strong leadership, business acumen, data storytelling expertise, and advanced proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Excel, and emerging AI technologies. The Manager is also responsible for developing team capabilities, establishing analytics best practices, and fostering a data-driven culture that enables informed business decisions across the Retail organization.
