What We Offer

✓Knowledge, experience, and passion for various hunting pursuits (upland, waterfowl, big game, small game, etc).

✓Familiarity with sporting firearms.

✓Experience in archery preferred.

✓Ability to multitask and /or change tasks frequently.

✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge, experience, and passion for fishing (both fly and spin).
Understanding of fishing tackle and techniques.
Familiarity with Maine fresh and saltwater gamefish species.
Experience in paddlesports or boating.
Ability to stand entire shift.
Ability to multitask and /or change tasks frequently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Required to stand, walk during shift; talk or hear, both in person and by headset; Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps

Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 20 pounds may

Occasionally move and lift objects up to 40 pounds (utilizing a team lift as needed)

L.L.Bean uses a market-based compensation approach. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $16.10. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
