Physical Therapist (Home Health)

We primarily serve Spanish-speaking geriatric patients, so candidates must be empathetic, culturally sensitive, and fluent in both English and Spanish. • →Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitative programs for patients.
• →Focus on improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and correcting disabling conditions caused by illness or injury.
• →Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• →Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.

• Reliable transportation—this position requires travel to patients’ homes throughout Miami-Dade County.
