What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Manager, you'll take ownership of all warehouse operations while helping ensure materials, inventory, and shipments move efficiently throughout the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials
Picking, staging, and preparing outgoing shipments
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Maintaining accurate inventory records and inventory control processes
Improving warehouse organization, workflows, and operational efficiency
Coordinating material needs with production and purchasing teams
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Supporting inbound and outbound logistics activities
Working closely with office, production, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations
Training alongside our Corrugated Designer to learn packaging design concepts, systems, and workflows
Providing backup support for design projects and customer requests as skills develop
Collaborating with Design and Sales teams to help create packaging solutions for customers

What We're Looking For

2+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations experience
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Experience with inventory systems, ERP systems, or shipping software is a plus
Interest in learning new skills and growing within the organization
Positive attitude and commitment to safety
