Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes are spaces where participants can thrive, grow, and enjoy meaningful experiences, and we need passionate people to make it happen.

• →You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the role
• →Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• →Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• →NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• →You have experience working within the NDIS
• →Bonus if you have high medical care experience or training in MAYBO, Mental Health First Aid or Crisis intervention
