Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Enforce Loenbro’s safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all site activities.
- →Lead, mentor, and support a team of field safety professionals.
- →Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance.
- →Lead incident and near‑miss investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- →Maintain accurate documentation including safety metrics, reports, permits, and regulatory logs.
- →Collaborate closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to advance safety initiatives.
- →Support planning and execution of high‑risk activities including electrical work and critical lifts.
- →Promote a strong, proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement with the workforce.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Requirements
~1 min read- CHST certification or a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in construction safety.
- If CHST is not held, it must be obtained within the first 12 months.
- Experience in electrical safety and data center construction (strongly preferred).
- Deep knowledge of OSHA standards, risk mitigation, and industrial safety best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software.
- Ability to travel periodically as needed.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
