As an Executive Recruiter at Loenbro, you'll serve as a high-impact strategic talent partner responsible for identifying, engaging, assessing, and closing senior-level and hard-to-find talent across highly specialized construction and industrial markets. You'll utilize your subject matter expertise to source high-level talent in a fast-paced and high-touch environment.

You'll confidently partner with executives and senior hiring leaders to deliver exceptional white-glove hiring outcomes.

• →Proven success recruiting and sourcing for various corporate and executive roles. 
• →Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. 
• →Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

• →Technical proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• 7+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment and sourcing.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.
• Experience in construction industry recruitment.
• Experience in agency recruitment setting.
