The Job

You run the Product Management team day to day, reporting to the CPO. It is a multinational team working across several countries and time zones. The PMs report to you - you grow them, push them, and clear their path. Your job is to make this the team every PM wants to be on: Truly AI-native, delivering 10x at a quality bar higher than they thought possible. You take good PMs and turn them into the best they've ever been.

A strong week looks like this: You have coached a PM through a stuck PRFAQ, used AI agents to spot patterns across strategic deals and churn risk and turned them into roadmap moves, built an AI workflow the rest of the team copies, sat with two engineering leads to pull a slipping release back to its date, and left the room more energised than you found it. You are hands-on, and you do not shy away from the work; when it helps the team ship, you will write the PRFAQ yourself or step in and run a squad to get something built. You lead from inside the work, not from a dashboard. You set the pace, and people do their best work around you because you make it feel worth it.

This is a Remote (EMEA) role.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and grow the PM team: Hire top talent, give direct feedback, and build a team that levels up fast. Be the sparring partner every PM wants in the room.
  • Ship on time with engineering: Partner with engineering leads to keep squads accountable to committed dates. Catch slippage early, unblock it, and hold the line on delivery — without taking the squads away from their leads.
  • Make the team AI-native: Set and raise the bar on using AI tooling across the PM craft — discovery, PRFAQs, specs, research, reviews. Build the workflows, teach them, and expect the team to work this way by default.
  • Own the PM operating rhythm: Run the cadence, rituals and prioritisation discipline that keep work moving. Make sure every PM knows what matters most this week, and why.
  • Stay hands-on: Get into the detail — PRFAQs, customer calls, release reviews. Lead from inside the work, not above it.

What you bring to the table:

  • Cyber / SecOps fluency: Real security domain background — SIEM, SecOps or adjacent. Holds a credible technical conversation with engineers and customers without a translator.
  • AI-native PM practice: A daily, fluent user of AI tooling. Can design AI-augmented PM workflows and teach them to a team — not just talk about AI.
  • Delivery mechanics: Strong on backlog, prioritisation and shipping on cadence. Knows how to drive a release to a date alongside engineering.
  • Engineering literacy: Reads technical tradeoffsdependencies and sizing well enough to challenge an estimate and earn engineering trust.

Your skills and experience:

  • People leadership and coaching: Develops PMs deliberately — direct feedback, high standards, visible growth. People get better working for this person.
  • Energy and drive: Sets the pace and lifts the room. The kind of leader a team rallies behind when the work gets hard.
  • Cross-functional influence: Holds engineering squads to delivery without line authority over them — through trust, clarity and persistence, not politics.
  • Bias to action: A startup and scale-up operator. Moves fast, decides with incomplete information, and thrives at high intensity.
  • Senior PM, ready to lead: A seasoned product manager at Principal or Lead depth. Direct people-management experience is a plus, not a gate — a strong IC stepping into their first manager role is equally welcome, provided they have already led and grown other PMs informally.
  • Cybersecurity or enterprise software: Background in B2B security or enterprise software; SIEM or SecOps experience strongly preferred.
  • Scale-up environment: Has operated in a startup or scale-up — comfortable with ambiguity, pace and a heavy change load.
  • Proven delivery with engineering: A demonstrable record of shipping products on time in close partnership with engineering teams.
