About LogRocket

Founded in 2016, LogRocket's goal is to make every experience on the web as perfect as possible. We're solving a huge challenge for product managers and developers - understanding the user experience. LogRocket is the first system that gives these teams complete visibility into their customer's experience using their web apps - through pixel-perfect replays of user sessions and clear insight into logs, errors, and network activity. We've already attracted an elite roster of over 2,800 customers including ClassPass, Capital One, Cisco, and Rippling, just to name a few. Our focus is on building software with care and craftsmanship and our engineering blog posts offer a taste of that.

Backed by top investors such as Matrix Partners, Battery Ventures, and Delta-V Capital, we've raised $55M in funding and we're eager to bring talented people onboard to support our growth. We're on a mission to improve society's experience with software and that's where you come in.

Own the architecture and roadmap for a core product area end-to-end — from data model to UI — partnering with design and product to ship experiences customers love

Lead the design of systems that surface insight from data at massive scale. Think real-time search across billions of log entries or automatic detection of common user paths across millions of events

Drive adoption of AI/ML in the product, from bug-detection pipelines to full-stack AI-powered recommendations

Set technical direction for scaling our infrastructure cost-effectively while maintaining reliability under heavy load

Raise the bar for the team: mentor engineers, review architecture decisions, and model strong full-stack craftsmanship

*If you don’t meet all of these, we still encourage you to apply. We believe code is code, and learning new tools is part of joining a new team.*

8+ years as a full-stack engineer, with a track record of owning both production frontend (React or similar) and backend systems. You’re as fluent in the UI layer as in APIs and data.

Experience leading technical direction for a team or product area, not just executing tickets

Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and excited about building AI-powered capabilities into the product

A strong hands-on collaborator with a bias to action. You lead from the front and help the team deliver on their estimates

Deep experience with distributed systems and modern cloud architecture, and the judgment to choose the right tool for the job across the stack

A track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team-wide technical practices

Catered lunch and an impressive array of your favorite snacks (healthy AND non-healthy!)

Unlimited vacation policy

Health, Dental, Vision benefits, 401k, commuter benefits

Generous stock options

Regular team outings and activities (from boat rides to paintball, we’ll try anything!)

LogRocket is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

LogRocket will consider sponsoring visas for applicants in the US that need work authorization.
