You've worked at a fast-growing startup or tech company (or a few) and know what it means to operate with high standards when the road isn't fully paved.

You bring experience in your function: Tech, GTM, and G&A, and can speak concretely to the impact you've had.

You thrive when things are moving fast, priorities shift, and you have to figure things out without a fully-scoped playbook.

You're comfortable with data and tools, use insights to drive decisions, and are already experimenting with AI to improve how you work.

You've worked cross-functionally and have examples of how that collaboration led to a better outcome.

You operate with intensity and high standards, and bring the same level of care to the people around you. You push hard and treat others well at the same time.

You're based in Columbus, Ohio, or open to relocating, and you’re excited about being part of our HQ presence.
