The Accounts Receivable Specialist will provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of student accounts. Some evenings (approx. 1-2 nights/week) and occasional weekends (1-2 Saturdays in January and August) required. Not to exceed 20 hours weekly.

Required Qualifications: Experience with accounts receivable; familiarity with office administration and procedures; experience with general bookkeeping procedures; knowledge of general accounting principles; proficient in relevant computer software; knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements; and 1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience.

The average age of LCCC’s students is 24, and many bring life experiences that include caring for dependents, serving in the military, or completing some prior college. Over 80% of LCCC students received financial assistance through grants and scholarships, and LCCC has been nationally recognized for holistic, fully integrated services and commitment to student success.
