As an Engineering Technician (Shift) working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Biologics sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Dunboyne, Meath.

You will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance on cleanroom equipment, activities to ensure the site operations are safe and reliable.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract. 

Responsibilities

  • →Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on cleanroom equipment, including but not limited to tanks, wastewater, bio-waste, and steam systems etc.
  • →Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, ensuring minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • →Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems, ensuring proper operation and longevity of equipment.
  • →Support and coordinate vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • →Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in a compliant manner and asset management data is captured accurately.
  • →Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role   
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a cleanroom environment.
  • A compliance mindset for Safety and Quality standards, regulation and practices.
  • High level of attention to detail in following procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with vendors, engineers, and management.
  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a Level 6 Mechanical / Electrical Trade Qualification.
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
