The HR Technology Analyst is the first point of contact for Lincoln's HR Technology help desk, troubleshooting day-to-day Dayforce issues, auditing and testing system updates before they go live, and maintaining the accuracy of employee and property data through regular audits and form review. This role also processes new site adds as Lincoln signs new management contracts, keeping our systems current as the business grows. The Analyst reports to the Manager, HR Technology and partners closely with the team on process documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR Technology help desk inquiries, triaging requests and escalating complex issues to the Manager, HR Technology.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day system errors, software bugs, and workflow issues within Dayforce, working toward timely resolution.
  • Audit and test new Dayforce updates and releases prior to production push, documenting results and flagging issues for resolution.
  • Maintain data accuracy across Dayforce through regular audits and by reviewing new form submissions for completeness and correctness.
  • Process new site adds in Dayforce when new management contracts are signed, ensuring timely and accurate system setup.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc HRIS reports, data extracts, and dashboards to support HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain process documentation, job aids, and user guides for common Dayforce transactions and self-service functions.
  • Support user access, security role, and workflow configuration tasks under the direction of the Manager, HR Technology.
  • Partner with the Manager, HR Technology to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, help desk/support, or a related HR technology role.
  • Experience with Dayforce or a comparable HRIS strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes of system and data issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables); comfort working with large data sets.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidential handling of employee data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical end users.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and deadlines, particularly during Dayforce release and testing cycles.
