Director, Greenfield Strategic Initiatives

The Director, Greenfield Strategic Initiatives leads the advancement of Greenfield growth opportunities by integrating strategic planning, financial analysis, market intelligence, and political and community stakeholder engagement. As a key partner to Greenfield leadership, this role evaluates opportunities, navigates complex challenges, and aligns cross-functional teams in support of long-term growth objectives. The strategic project role also ensures that project execution remains aligned with the approved Long-Term Planning, Greenfield Program, & Greenfield Project Strategies and scope, considering market conditions, community needs, political factors, and project design at every stage.
