Luck Stone's South Richmond Plant is looking to hire a Seasonal Haul Truck Operator who can skillfully navigate quarry roads and berms to safely load and unload rock into our primary crushers. This role also lends a hand on the ground with plant maintenance — because at Luck Stone, safety and teamwork go into everything we do. Seasonal shifts may last up to 6 months, with opportunities to move into permanent roles based on performance.

Responsibilities

→Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections of the vehicle
→Identify and report road, high wall, and equipment issues
→Operate heavy equipment using proper loading and dumping techniques
→Ensure the vehicle receives proper maintenance
→Assist with projects and activities beyond heavy equipment operation as needed
→Occasionally operate the Water Truck or Bin Truck, or help with maintenance projects around the plant
→Prioritize safety throughout the site for yourself and others
→Help keep the site clean and organized at the end of each shift
