  Prepare accurate, timely financial and management reports for internal stakeholders.

  Analyze results, costs, variances, trends, and KPIs, and turn them into clear, actionable insights for management.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Collect budget assumptions and inputs from stakeholders across the business.

• Monitor actuals against budget and forecast, and explain significant variances.

• Process and post entries in NetSuite.

• Perform account and cost reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Apply accounting principles and make sure financial data is recorded accurately.

• Coordinate with external accountants on data and compliance requirements.

• Identify and implement ways to automate repetitive finance and reporting tasks.
