~1 min readAs a Systems Administrator for a recently awarded government contract, you are the backbone of the technical infrastructure that keeps mission-critical operations running without a hitch. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who views "uptime" as a personal mission and enjoys the challenge of maintaining complex, high-stakes environments. You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems, providing the stable foundation upon which our developers and analysts build the future.
This role will support and represent LufCo with our industry partners within the Ft. Meade market. At LufCo, you’ll do more than fill a role, you’ll help build what’s next. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide multi-tiered technical support (Tier 1 Help Desk through complex Tier 2/3 escalation) for implementation, troubleshooting, and daily operations of IT systems, infrastructure, client/server/storage/network equipment, and mobile devices.
- →Configure, manage, and maintain UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing core software and implementing enhancements to maximize operational performance, reliability, and integrity.
- →Optimize system operations, conduct resource capacity analysis, and orchestrate infrastructure interdependencies within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
- →Deliver strategic analysis for escalated service tickets, coordinate comprehensive hardware/software system installations, and troubleshoot complex server hardware integration challenges.
- →Support the overarching design of mission architectures, system layouts, and associated hardware components.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- 5+ years of additional experience as a Systems Administrator may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
