Luma is building multimodal AI to expand human imagination. We are a "full stack" intelligence lab - we train our own foundation models (like Ray 3), build our own products (like Dream Machine), and manage our own nation-state level infrastructure (Project Halo). We are in the "Goldilocks Zone": the agility of a ~100-person startup combined with the massive compute resources of a major lab.

We move faster than our job board. Often, the most critical roles - the ones inventing new UI primitives, solving 2GW compute scheduling, or defining the next GTM motion - are filled before we even write a job description.

Operations & Strategy
