We are currently looking for an experienced Solution & System Engineer to support our BID & Project Management team.
You will be a technical owner of the customer solution throughout the complete lifecycle, while maintaining a clear separation from commercial bid ownership, project delivery ownership, product ownership, and operational service ownership.

We are currently looking for an experienced Solution & System Engineer to support our BID & Project Management team.
You will be a technical owner of the customer solution throughout the complete lifecycle, while maintaining a clear separation from commercial bid ownership, project delivery ownership, product ownership, and operational service ownership.
What you will do:
Customer Engagement
- Lead customer workshops and architecture reviews
- Present and defend proposed solutions
- Translate technical concepts into business value
Bid & Tender Support
- Prepare technical RFI/RFP responses
- Review tender compliance and create compliance matrices
- Develop high-level system diagrams
Technical Leadership
- Guide project teams on architecture and technical best practices
- Resolve complex integration challenges
Technology & Lifecycle
- Apply cybersecurity, reliability, monitoring, and diagnostic principles
- Ensure alignment with relevant mobility standards and interfaces
What we are looking for:
- Degree in systems, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, IT, telecommunications, or a related field
- Experience in engineering, technical pre-sales, system integration, solution architecture, or similar customer-facing roles
- Fluent English and German or English and French are a must
- Experience in international, cross-functional teams
- Experience with complex hardware–software solutions
- System architecture and design
- Requirements engineering
- Hardware and software integration

- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Technical risk assessment
- Technical documentation and specifications
