We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our Cards Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving delivery of complex initiatives within the cards and payments domain, including large-scale migration programs and platform transformations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, and managing cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. You will act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and strong ownership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Cards domain, including migrations, new product launches, and platform improvements, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
Manage planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, DORA, card scheme rules).
Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and external vendors (including payment schemes such as Visa) to ensure smooth delivery.
Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Help shape and introduce new, more effective ways of working, promoting end-to-end ownership and accountability across teams.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and reporting standards within the Cards area.
Ensure adherence to risk management, security, and compliance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for assigned initiatives.
Actively contribute to team performance through leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably within cards, payments, or financial services.
Strong understanding of card issuing, payment processing, or related financial domains.
Experience working with complex migrations or large-scale transformations is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in mid-to-large organizations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with risk management and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, DORA).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on pan-Baltic level.
