As a Product Owner in Customer Service Model Unit, you will take ownership of the customer offboarding process across the bank, covering both legal entities and private individuals.

This is a new role with an opportunity to shape how offboarding develops across the Baltic markets. You will define interim processes while building towards the target state, align stakeholders across Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology, and drive the transition from manual processes towards harmonized and automated solutions.

• Define interim-state offboarding processes for LE and PI customers and shape the target-state process

• Own the offboarding roadmap, backlog, and business requirements, translating business needs into clear priorities and actionable deliverables

• Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology to establish effective end-to-end processes

• Drive process harmonization across the Baltic markets and support Lithuania migration activities

• Ensure regulatory, risk, and customer experience requirements are appropriately reflected in offboarding solutions

• Lead the transition from manual processes towards efficient and automated offboarding capabilities

• Monitor delivery, proactively manage dependencies and obstacles, and ensure business readiness for implementation

• Build alignment across different stakeholders, balancing business priorities, regulatory requirements, operational needs, and delivery considerations

• Contribute to Luminor’s risk and compliance culture

• Substitute team members when needed and perform other tasks relevant to the role assigned by the direct and/or functional manager

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Process Owner, or in a similar role

• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across different functions

• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to make timely decisions

• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership and drive topics forward

• Strong collaboration and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment

• Experience in banking, customer lifecycle management, KYC/KYB, servicing, or related areas is an advantage

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive them through to execution

• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

• Gross salary. EE 3,540-5,320 / LV 3,180-4,780 / LT 4,010-6,010 EUR/month. The final salary will be determined considering the level of the role, relevant experience and competencies, and the applicable salary policy
