• Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions

• Drive discovery activities, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders

• Define and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications

• Perform impact assessments across systems, integrations, and customer journeys

• Design solution concepts and collaborate with technical teams on APIs, data flows, and integrations

• Support delivery of new products, customer journeys, regulatory changes, and strategic initiatives

• Ensure requirements quality throughout development, testing, and implementation

• Facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams while managing dependencies and supporting decision-making

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, challenge existing ways of working, and drive continuous improvement

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role

• Experience working in Agile product organizations and cross-functional teams

• Strong requirements engineering, analysis, and documentation skills

• Experience creating process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications

• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data flows

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to independently drive initiatives from discovery through implementation

• Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and propose improvements

• Ability to balance business needs with technical considerations and operate effectively in complex environments

• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to collaboration across the Baltics

• Experience within Cards Issuing, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services domains

• Knowledge of card management systems and card issuing processes

• Understanding of Visa and Mastercard ecosystems

• Knowledge of card authorization flows, transaction lifecycles, and ISO 8583 messaging

• Experience with tokenization, digital wallets, and modern payment solutions

• Experience delivering regulatory or large-scale transformation initiatives

• Gross salary. 3,540 - 5,320 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies

• Flexibility. Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
