Appointment Setter (Work From Home)

We work with members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. Our representatives build long-term relationships with clients and provide personalized service through virtual, work-from-home appointments.

• →Distribute benefit enrollment materials and assist with determining eligibility.
• →Schedule and conduct appointments with clients.
• →Handle incoming client and customer service inquiries.
• →Respond promptly to client calls and follow-up requests.
• →Assist clients with coverage requests while keeping their individual needs and interests in mind.
• →Use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain available coverage options.
• →Maintain accurate client information and enrollment documentation.
• →Participate in ongoing training with management to stay informed about products, services, policies, and procedures.
